About Tyler

Welcome to Creative Cases! I wanted to create this site to discuss a key component of the computer that is often overlooked, the case! While it certainly doesn’t power much, it’s an important part of any computer build, because it holds all your other hardware in place, and will complete any aesthetic look you’re attempting to create!

I believe that computer cases are a canvas that you create your own unique computer on. The case you use says a lot about the person that you are, and so, it’s certainly worth considering which one you’d like to use before buying one for your next build!

My Start

As a kid, I was always interested in computers, computer hardware, and gaming. As lover of all things nerdy, I learned to appreciate a lot of niche aspects of technology that other people tended to overlook. When I was younger, computer cases were rather uniform and boring. Blocks of clunky steel and plastic that never looked great, but got the job done. As we progressed through the 2000s and further, cases have become more creative and I’ve become more and more drawn to them.

My first ever computer build was with a Cooler Master HAF X and despite the blocky build (which was all the rage at the time) it was an absolute beast and I fell in love with the aesthetic of the case. From then on, I’ve always enjoyed keeping up with new case designs and how companies have changed their approach to solving different problems!

Why Create This Site?

With this site, I hope to share my passion for computer case designs and go over as many as I can as extensively as I can. I want to bring knowledge to people about new designs, old designs, how things have changed, and how companies intend to change going forward

What’s The Goal?

Hopefully by sharing my experience and knowledge with others, everyone can make a more informed decision on their next computer build by selecting the perfect case for their needs!

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Tyler
